In 2017, after completing a Post Grad in Integrative Medicine, Elise developed a genetic-based software analysis tool focused on identifying SNPs in detoxification pathways, methylation, nutrigenomics, and estrogen metabolism. Very quickly, she realized that simply providing genetic analysis without also empowering clients with tools to shift their biology wasn’t the way to truly help others. By 2019, she expanded into functional medicine testing with a strong focus on epigenetics and a hyperpersonalized approach—supporting individuals with both data and actionable ways to support their genes and overall health.
In 2020, she opened a personalized medicine clinic in Nosara, Costa Rica—a surf + yoga town inside one of our world’s Blue Zones- The Nicoya Peninsula. There, she offered in-depth testing (bloodwork, environmental toxins, heavy metals, mold, parasites) alongside in-person therapies such as muscle testing, PEMF, and Ozone therapy, weaving in light, frequency, and CO₂ modalities.
Living in Nosara gave her a lived understanding of what it means to be fully connected to Earth, Ocean, and Community—and how these connections profoundly influence health and vitality. These pillars remain at the core of her work today.
In 2023, Elise moved to Michigan to study and advance the field of frequency medicine, using the quantum field for remote frequency-based kinesiology testing—both as a diagnostic tool and to create hyper-personalized healing protocols.
What evolved from this testing was a strong focus on parasitic treatment, environmental toxin detoxification and decoding specific frequencies within these groups as well as how they were impacting each individual. The work continued to confirm what she already knew—that the future of medicine is deeply rooted in frequency.
Over the past few years Elise has been honored to speak internationally on human optimization, longevity, parasites, environmental toxins, Women’s and holistic health, and the intersection of emerging technologies with ancient wisdom—sharing these insights in the U.S., Canada, Costa Rica, Dubai, Oman, and beyond.
Today, she continues to feel deeply called to support the rise of humanity. While Elise still works closely with a select group of 1:1 clients, her broader mission is to expand access—to translate the precision, insight, and transformation of personalized medicine into scalable systems, technologies, and experiences that uplift collective well-being. Through her strategic advisory and consulting work in Human Impact Evaluation & Design™, she partners with founders, investors, and organizations to ensure emerging health technologies are not only innovative, but truly human-centered—bridging scientific integrity, energetic intelligence, and measurable outcomes.
